5k Knight Training - 5k Training Join Stoughton resident Beth Federico in our Once a Knight, Always a Knight 5k training!*please note this program will be held on Sundays, however the first session will be saturday the 30th due to the holiday.*Mileage can be adjusted according to various running experience levels.*Each session will be 45-60 minutes.*Appropriate for all fitness levels.*First time runners up to experienced runners will benefit from information provided in program.*Waiver required for participation.*Includes mobility, nutrition guidance, and appropriate weekly distance progression with cross training suggestions.*Friendly, non-competitive.Each session will begin with a brief coaching discussion, followed by mobility and stretching and run/walk workout.Week 1: Learn effective and safe form to preserve energy. Street Hockey Clinic - Spring Street Hockey Clinic Description: Do you love hockey but don’t know how to skate on ice? Or just love the sport? Join us for a week long of street hockey! The program is open to individuals ages 6-14 and we welcome all skill levels. Class includes instruction on stick-handling, passing, and shooting and each day will end with an organized street hockey game. Also included is Sauce Toss, a fun game similar to cornhole, but with hockey sticks! No equipment required, just need sneakers and a water bottle. The program will be run by Jay Thebado.
