5:00 PM - 6:30 PM    Thanksgiving Felt Banner Making - Thanksgiving Banner Making Workshop
Join us for a creative and fun workshop where kids can make their very own Thanksgiving felt banner to hang at home! In this workshop, participants will design and assemble festive fall-themed banners by cutting colorful felt and using fabric glue, and embellishments. Please note: Pre-registration required. Refunds or credits will not be issued within 24 business hours of the program start time, and programs will not be pro-rated for missed classes. Participants may be eligible for a refund or account credit on a case by case basis prior to the first day of a program. Any approved cancellations resulting in a refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee, unless the cancellation of the program is initiated by the Recreation Department. In the event that the minimum registration requirement is not met, the program will be canceled. In such instances, participants will receive a full refund, and notification of the cancellation will be sent via email. Periodically, the Recreation Department photographs/videos program participants for promotional use. Unless the participant/guardian informs us of their desire not to be photographed in writing, the Recreation Department will use photographs/videos for their promotional purposes. Registration is first-come, first served. Participants are not fully registered for a program until payment is received in full and a completed waiver has been received. Our programs are open to all participants. Please note that activities may include sensory-rich environments and experiences which can sometimes involve loud noise and messy, hands-on materials. If your child has specific needs, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss accommodations within our means

Our Adult Basketball league gives the community an opportunity play with friends and colleagues in a controlled, indoor atmosphere. Each week teams will switch off wearing dark and light colored shirts. The program is a “pick up” league structure with no referees. Description: Join us for an exploratory art class where children ages 2-5 can get messy and have fun! Children will explore painting, color mixing, drawing, fine motor skills and more. Stoughton Leadership Institute (SLI) is a free after school program. All meetings will take place on Wednesdays at Stoughton High School in A216. Our Adult Basketball league gives the community an opportunity play with friends and colleagues in a controlled, indoor atmosphere. Each week teams will switch off wearing dark and light colored shirts. The program is a “pick up” league structure with no referees. Let us take the kids for the night for an evening filled with movies, games, and pizza! Take this opportunity to have a relaxing night out with no worries! Kids Night Out will be held at our new location (15 Pleasant Street). The event will be staffed by the Stoughton Recreation Department along with volunteers and staff from the Stoughton Youth Commission and Stoughton Leadership Institute. You must pre-register your children for this event in advance, limited spots are available. Please note: there are no refunds for Kids Night Out. If you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can open the spot up to another child. If we are able to fill your spot we will issue you an account credit. Please note: Pre-registration required. Stoughton Leadership Institute (SLI) is a free after school program. All meetings will take place on Wednesdays at Stoughton High School in A216.
