Classes will cover breath, mindful movement, postures and more. Each class stands alone but the more you attend the stronger the foundation you build. In each class you will have time to explore postures, ask questions or focus on your breath and settle into the sequence. Whatever your goals, Spring into Yoga is for all experience levels. Jason is a 500 hr certified yoga teacher specializing in functional movement.
