This group is designed to provide middle school boys with a supportive space to connect, reflect, and build important life skills. Over the course of our three sessions, students will explore topics such as managing stress, expressing emotions in healthy ways, building self-confidence, strengthening peer relationships, and making positive, responsible choices. The group will incorporate interactive activities, guided discussions, and practical strategies that students can apply both in school and in their daily lives. The overall goal is to help boys feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate the challenges of middle school.Instructor: Ryan Anderson

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM    Teen Mindfulness - Teen Mindfulness
Teens will learn what mindfulness is and how to implement it into their everyday lives. This is an hour workshop where teens will be guided through simple mindfulness activities to help manage stress, focus better, and handle everyday challenges. This workshop will provide practical tools teens can use right away to feel calmer, more balanced, and in control. The environment will be a warm, supportive, and encouraging space where teens can take a break from stress—your only job is to relax and be present!
