10:00 AM - 11:30 AM	Intro to Nature Journaling & Drawing - Intro to Journaling & Drawing This fall, take a deep breath, slow down, and see the natural world in a whole new way with the Stoughton Recreation Department during an introduction to nature drawing and journaling.  In this workshop, led by Sean Kent, Nature and Art Education Manager at Mass Audubon, you’ll learn simple techniques to help you observe nature more closely and capture your experiences on the page. We’ll cover how to compose your journal pages, develop a daily drawing habit, and use nature journaling as a way to unwind, focus, and connect with the beauty around you. Whether you’re interested in sketching, writing, or simply becoming more mindful outdoors, this workshop will give you the tools to begin or enrich your nature journaling journey.
