Tiny-Tykes Soccer (ages 2-5) - Tiny Tykes - Session I
Instructor: Tiny Tykes coachesPlease bring sneakers and a water bottle (no cleats). There are no formal soccer games or teams in Tiny Tykes. This is a skills and drills program. Please reach out to Stoughton Youth Soccer if you are looking for a league.Description: TinyTykes is an exciting program focusing on the development of children aged 2 – 5 years old. British soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum that introduces your young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills. Tiny Tykes coaches are experts at working with young children and will combine soccer with fun games; stories and music that keeps your children entertained and enthused to return next week. Each child will receive a Tiny Tykes official soccer uniform and soccer ball to keep by the the last session of the program.The Tiny Tykes program will bring numerous benefits to children participating in the program. A few of our program highlights are listed below:
Qualified Professional International Coaches with an abundance of experience working with young children and the knowledge of how to make it fun!
Socially-distanced drills and activities keep kids playing while staying safe
Innovative curriculum designed by education professionals and child psychologists that focus on the key factors of child development
Curriculum that positively impacts motor skill development, concentration, and coordination
Please note: This program is outdoors and weather dependent. Please be advised that refunds or credits will not be issued within 24 business hours of the program start time, and programs will not be pro-rated for missed classes. Participants may be eligible for a refund or account credit on a case by case basis prior to the first day of a program. Any approved cancellations resulting in a refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee, unless the cancellation of the program is initiated by the Recreation Department. In the event that the minimum registration requirement is not met, the program will be canceled. In such instances, participants will receive a full refund, and notification of the cancellation will be sent via email.

Little Sports Stars - Little Sports Stars
Description: Join us as we introduce the fundamentals of sports from soccer to baseball and even football! Each week the class will incorporate age-appropriate skills to develop coordination, agility, and learn the importance of playing together as a team. This program is outdoors at Halloran Park and is weather dependent. This is not a drop-off program, parents must stay in the park area. Mini Knights Lacrosse - Mini Knights Lacrosse
Description: Join Stoughton Rec and Stoughton Youth Lacrosse for the Mini Knights Lax program! This class will teach participants all the basics of lacrosse.
