This group is designed to provide middle school boys with a supportive space to connect, reflect, and build important life skills. Over the course of our three sessions, students will explore topics such as managing stress, expressing emotions in healthy ways, building self-confidence, strengthening peer relationships, and making positive, responsible choices. The group will incorporate interactive activities, guided discussions, and practical strategies that students can apply both in school and in their daily lives. The overall goal is to help boys feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate the challenges of middle school.
